THERAPEUTIC ACTION

Female Cordial is non-hormonal preparation, but still this act as an Endocrine regulator. This is supposed to act on the Hypothalamus-pitutary-overy axis and correct any existing hormonal imbalances of females and remove their different menstrual problems e.g. secondary amenorrhoea, irregular menstruation, scanty menstruation, painful menses and exces­sive menstruation, i.e., in frequency and quantity both: Thus the drug establish the normal menstrual and ovulation cycle.
                   The styptic and astringent actions along with calcium rich contents of this medicine, readily check the dysfunctional uterine bleeding, post-partum haemorrhage and haematuria.
The antibiotic and anti-inflammatory constituents of this drug combat with the infective and inflammatory pathologies of female’s genito-urinary tract and eliminate leucorrhoea and inflammatory conditions of vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries and the urinary bladder.

The anti-spasmodic and analgesic properties of this drug relieve the complaints of painful menses, low back pain, thigh pain, pelvic pain and other muscular pains and aches of the body.
                   The digestive and stomachic properties of this drug improve appetite and digestion, relieving the complaints of flatulance, dyspepsia, nausea, anorexia and loss of appetite. By their antacid properties the drug neutralise the excessive acid formation in the stomach and check the problems of epigastric pain, heart burning, sour erructations or water brash. The drug regulate the motility of intestines and relieve constipation, thus giving a better overall digestive ground for proper absorption and assimilation of the nutrients required for better health.

Dosage

Female Cordial 7 ml-l dose measure supplied with the packing (Two teaspoonful) diluted with four teaspoonful of water twice a day before meals. In chronic cases, it may be taken thrice a day or as directed by the physician. The medicine should be taken for 8 to 12 weeks or for longer period for permanent cure.

Diet and Restrictions
                   Easily digestive, soft and nourishing food is advised Avoid redchillies, sour stuffs and fried food, excess sweets and mollasses, pulses as far as possible.
